We ship by UPS. In most cases your order will be shipped the same day it is received.
In the case of Paypal orders, and other customers where we have an e-mail address, we use the Quantum Notify option on UPS.
You will then receive an e-mail message from UPS giving you a tracking number and an estimated delivery date.
When we ship high dollar orders, we do require a signature for delivery. We do not want the delivery guy to leave it on your
doorstep and have it disappear – believe me, it happens. We also insure all markers.
Most of our Canadian customers ask us to ship via US Postal Service rather than UPS. We do honor those requests, but do remember
that delivery will take substantially longer. Paypal orders from Canada will usually have sufficient postage automatically charged to
cover mail shipping to Canada. If you need speedy delivery, call the office for instructions.
In emergencies, a customer may need a part delivered on Saturday. Saturday delivery requires that the package be sent Next Day or 2nd
Day with an additional charge for the Saturday delivery making it quite expensive. Saturday delivery is not available in all ZIP codes.
We occasionally ship Fed Ex at the customer’s request. If you have your own Fed Ex account we can use that account for the charges. If we use
our account, we will charge your credit card for the product or repair. Then when we receive our bill from Fed Ex, we will charge your card for
the shipping.
DAMAGED or LOST PACKAGES:
If a product arrives damaged or contents are missing, please keep the package in case UPS wants to see it. Call us (317-631-7200) to report the
problem and give us a phone number in case UPS needs to contact you. We will report the problem to UPS. They will instruct us as to how to proceed.
RETURNS:
If you ordered the wrong product, or we sent you the wrong product, please call 317-631-7200. In most cases we will send you the correct product,
charge your card for the product, then, when the original product is returned to us, we will credit your card.
